Meal Delivery
We provide a comprehensive list of options for meals. In cooperation with our meal prep and delivery partners Hello Fresh and Factor we are able to provide nutritional meal options to our clients. Discuss with your assigned client coordinator our meal plan options and menus.
Primary Care Services
Our team of geriatric specialists helps you manage your changing health needs as you age. We offer comprehensive primary care and consultations to support patients and families coping with challenging conditions related to aging. Our services include primary care for adults 65 years and older who have neurological conditions such as dementia and cognitive impairment.
Transportation

Getting to doctors appointment, therapy and general errands are all services handled through our transportation division. Safe, reliable door to door transportation is provided to our clients as needed. (Required advance scheduling)
Concierge Services
Errands and Shoppers
We provide concierge services as well that include running errands and personal shoppers. So whether you need something from the grocery store, supplies or personal items retrieved one of our concierge specialist would be able to assist. We establish a schedule for ongoing need or we can schedule services as needed.
